At ÉLEVÉ Boutique, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to feel fully satisfied with their purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition, with all original tags, hygiene seals (if applicable), and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

I. How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any item back, please reach out to our customer support team at info@eleveboutique.com and include your order number. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please note: Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may experience delays or be declined.

II. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
